Women second half of Mass (MM cantor)

Ordinaries: Asperges Me, Mass XVII, Creed I--see links in menu bar

Introit: Reminiscere miserationum tuarum pdf and video

Gradual: Tribulationes cordis mei pdf and video

Tract: Confitemini Domino pdf and video

Offertory: Meditabor in mandatis tuis pdf and video

Communion: Intellige clamorem meum pdf with verses and video

Ad libitum: After Offertory we will look at and review Adoramus te Christe. After Communion lets look at a Gregorian chant, Miserere et Parce. Here is a recording, a pdf and translation. Please take some time and look at and listen to this chant in preparation for rehearsal. We will alternate verses women/men. I will have print outs available at rehearsal.

We will be chanting the simple Ave Regina Caelorum for the remaining Sundays of Lent (possibly Laudete Sunday being the exception). This chant can be found in the blue Parish Book of Chant on page 217. A recording can be found in the top menu bar by clicking Marian Antiphons.

*If you are planning on singing propers please look them over before rehearsal. Our rehearsal time is limited and we do not have much time to clean up chants. Adequate preparation ensures we maintain the una voce quality of chant. Thank you!

Finally, if you'd like to stick around for Vespers after Mass each week, I will start sharing the pdf file on the blog. Here is the Vespers pdf for March 16.
